Method of preparation:
Peel and cut the potatoes into slices. Grease the pan in which you will bake them with olive oil. Arrange the potatoes. Chop the sun-dried tomatoes and spread them evenly over the potatoes. Add the garlic, black pepper, salt, oregano and olive oil. Pour the liquid cooking cream on top. Cover with foil and bake in a heated oven at 180 degrees until done. Towards the end, remove the foil and bake.
