Preparation time: 60 minutes

Method of preparation:

Mix the spices. Put the yogurt in a suitable container. Add the garlic, olive oil, lemon juice and mixed spices. Mix well and pour over the chicken thighs.
Cover with foil and refrigerate for a few hours or overnight.
Arrange in a tray covered with baking paper and bake in a heated oven at 200 degrees with a fan until done /about 50 min./
