Preparation:
Pour 500g of chopped strawberries into a pan or casserole. Add 1/2 tsp. water and sugar. Let it simmer until the water evaporates. don’t forget to stir. Mash the strawberries well. You can mash the mixture. Pour the two sour milks into a deep bowl. Add the strawberry mixture and stir. Add 1 tsp. vanilla essence, lemon zest, juice of ½ lemon and mix. Mix the gelatin with cold water /according to the instructions on the package/. Stir and let it swell. During this time, pour the powdered sugar. Stir again. Melt the gelatin in a water bath, pour into the rest of the mixture and mix. Divide into crème caramel molds or glass cups. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
