Method of preparation

The flour must be sifted into a suitable container.
Pour the yeast into the sifted flour and mix.
Pour the soft butter and one egg into a bowl. Beat with a mixer. Add the second egg.
Beat again. It’s time for the last egg and salt. Add the milk and beat briefly again. Put the flour in several times, stirring with a mixer. When the mixture has thickened, switch the mixer paddles to the dough paddles and mix. Wrap in cling film and leave in a warm place until the dough has doubled in size, about 1 hour. Pour the dough into a pan with a diameter of 25 cm. Form with greased fingers.
Make circles with your hand and pour the cheese into them. Spread with the yolk mixed with 1 tsp. fresh milk. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 35-40 minutes or until done.
